Our Prosciutto is hand-salted before being air-dried in stages for 6-8 months. We assess the product daily to ensure the flavours have infused. Each piece is then individually selected to ensure premium maturity. This process results in a flavourful and luscious prosciutto that simply melts in your mouth. Serve in a fresh panino or on a charcuterie board.
