Fabbris wins Platinum award on Global stage for Capocollo as well as four Gold and four Silver awards.
We’re thrilled to announce that Fabbris Smallgoods has taken home a total of 9 international awards (1 Platinum, 4 Gold + 4 Silver) at this week’s IFFA DFV International Product and Quality Competition in Frankfurt — one of the most respected charcuterie competitions in the world, run by the German Butchers’ Association.
Held every four years, IFFA is the leading global trade fair for the meat and alternative protein industries. It was a proud moment to have Dino Fabbris (Founder & Director) and David Fabbris (General Manager) on the ground to receive these honours in person.
